Ruth Hill802-556-1342ruth@queencityapartments.comElisabeth Robert 802-343-5568liz@queencityapartments.comWho is QCA?Ruth Hill is in charge of the day-to-day operations of Queen City Apartments (QCA) and spends much of her time attending to the needs and concerns of our student tenants. If you rent from us, you have her email address and her cell phone number. While she is NOT your dorm mother, she will ensure basic rules of tenancy are met, such as no kitties, no beer pong and NO parties. She will also be available at any time to make sure our apartments meet all safety codes, and are cozy and well maintained. She also coordinates the business operations of QCA such as marketing, scheduling viewings and lease signings, coordinating scheduled work with tenants, and paying the bills. Not so much on the side, Ruth is also the Managing Partner of PandaRue Productions, a music agency promoting and managing Josh Panda, singer songwriter, and up and coming favorite artist in the very active Burlington music scene – Josh stars in the UVM video “What’s it Like Here” – you or someone you know may be a co-star! A Vermonter by most standards, Ruth graduated recently enough from Davidson College in North Carolina to remember vividly what it is like to be a college student and to live off campus!
Liz Robert (row-bear) is first and foremost, Ruthie’s mom and, therefore counsel and consultant on all matters QCA! She is Catie’s mom too, but Catie owns a dressage riding school and has nothing to do with QCA. Liz is owner/CEO of Terry Bicycles, maker of women’s cycling apparel and the famous Terry saddle (we bet your mom has one if she rides a bike). Liz previously was the CEO of The Vermont Teddy Bear Company and PajamaGram, maker of those hoodie footies you girls likely wore at your friends’ sleepovers in grade school.
